Kestrel Contracting Pty Ltd was established in 2002 by Maree & Kim Wood. We are a local Cleaning contracting company based in the mining town of Port Hedland Western Australia.
Kim and Maree saw an opportunity for a Specialised Quality local service provider to cater for the specific needs of the businesses and residents of own town. We were also fortunate enough to be in the right place at the right time….. in 2003 we bought out, a small sole trading cleaning business called “Pilbara Dustbusters” this we took under the banner of Kestrel Contracting Pty Ltd.
As the saying goes “From Little things big things grow”….from the company’s inception in 2002 we had 15 clients and 4 staff members and worked the business from a room in our house and our back shed….today we have an office & large shed on a 2000sqm block in the LIA of Port Hedland (Wedgefield), 38 staff members and over 80 clients that we service regularly.
