DIRECTORS

Maree and Kim established Kestrel Cleaning Services in Port Hedland in 2003. What started as small, 1 person Cleaning Company has now evolved into a locally owned/run Commercial Cleaning Company with a Team of 50 Employees, servicing an average 150 Clientele per week.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

After many years of observing both Maree and Kim construct Kestrel to what it is today, Cheyenne began working at Kestrel as a Cleaner in 2018. In 2019, she began working as Stores Coordinator and in 2020 took on a supervisory role which soon progressed into a Management position thereafter.

ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATION

Sam began cleaning alongside Cheyenne in 2018. Despite leaving for alternate works in 2019, Sam has taken part in the execution of large Carpet Steam Cleaning, Strip and Sealing and Exterior Pressure Cleaning works over the years. Sam re-joined the Kestrel Team full-time towards the end of 2022 as an Accounts Administrator. Sam looks after accounts payable and receivable.

COMPANY SCHEDULER

Stephanie began working with Kestrel as a Receptionist in 2019. In 2020 Steph was promoted to Company Scheduler in which she has worked since. Steph’s current role is extensive and also involves onboarding/training of new Employees, site mobilisation of Staff and liaising directly with our Clients to ensure the best possible service rendered.

ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR

Tina joined Kestrel as Administration Coordinator in July 2023 shortly after relocating from Victoria. Tina is front of house here at Kestrel and her role involves liaising with clients and customers, sale of chemicals and consumables, cash/card payments, data entry and acts as an “all-rounder” assisting all Office Team Members as required.

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Lilly joined Kestrel February 2024. Lilly is from Vanuatu and has years of experience within the commercial and residential cleaning industry including janitorial experience. Lilly is proficient in various unique cleaning techniques and take great care in her craft with that eye to detail that is so very important in training and onboarding new staff to Kestrel. Lilly’s role also consists of Quality Control Checks, New Job Requests/Quotes, Staff Training and liaising with our Clients.

Steve Riley

STORES COORDINATOR

Steve joined Kestrel as Stores Coordinator in November 2022. Steve’s role involves chemical and consumable refills, stock deliveries, linen laundering, female sanitary and sharps bin servicing and general equipment upkeep and maintenance.
