No, we offer a range of additional services, including:

  • Supply and service of female sanitary bins, nappy bins, and sharps removal services 
  • Linen service (available as an add-on to ongoing general cleans) 
  • Cleaning chemicals, consumables, and equipment available for purchase online or at our warehouse in Wedgefield, open to everyone. 

We have a range of different chemicals available for use during our services and for purchase. Some products are not safe for use around small children or pets, especially heavy-duty, caustic chemicals designed for tough stain and buildup removal. However, we also offer a range of environmentally friendly products that are safe to use around pets and are designed to minimise environmental impact. If you have specific concerns, please let us know so we can select the most appropriate products for your needs.

Yes, we do! We provide comprehensive vacate cleaning that meets Real Estate standards, ensuring your property is spotless from top to bottom.

Yes, we offer room-based cleaning services. However, we do not clean specific sections within a room. For example, we can clean an entire bathroom but do not offer services for just the shower.

Yes, we bring all necessary cleaning chemicals and equipment required to complete the job.

No. For one-off services, keys must be dropped off at our office in advance, or someone must be present to meet our team on-site.

If you have an ongoing service with an approved credit account, payment after service is possible. For all other services, payment is required before scheduling.

No, we can provide you with our current availability, but your booking is only confirmed with a date and time once payment has been received.

No, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to schedule a cleaning service.

Even with this in mind, we are often booked out from about 2 weeks in advance, and last-minute bookings are rare. If your request is urgent, please contact us as soon as possible for the best chance to secure your preferred time.
